Mr. Jackson passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in Anchorage, AK.
The family will receive friends at: 513 Rice Street, Hartsville, SC.

Mr. Charles E. Jackson, Jr. was born November 24, 1975, in Hartsville, SC to Minnie Jackson and the late Charles Jackson, Sr. Charles departed this earthly life on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
Charles E. Jackson was a loving, caring, and fun father and son. As a family, as friends, as a community, we acknowledge our loss and we accept the great importance of what Charles meant to us.
Charles was educated in the Darlington County School District. He was employed by Naniq Global Logistics as a Truck Driver.
Charles loved nature and enjoyed the simple pleasures in life like hiking, fishing, and camping. He also found joy in watching his favorite sports team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Charles was preceded in death by his father, Charles Jackson, Sr., Lou Carter, Hattie Mae Primus, and Walter Primus.
Surviving to cherish Charles’ memories and carry on his legacy are: his loving mother, Minnie Jackson; devoted wife, Elbony Marie Horton; children: Jace Jackson, Justin Jackson, and Jordan Jackson, all of Anchorage, Alaska, and Khayla Gattison of Darlington, SC; one sister; aunts: Hattie Primus, Dorthy (Tony) McDonald, Annie (Jamie) Washington, and Mary (Corey) Simon, all of Hartsville, SC, Hattie Sellers of Darlington, SC, Betty Brown of Brooklyn, NY, Barbara Tucker of NC, Lizzie McCall of Darlington, SC, Janie Jackson of Lancaster, SC, Polly Knox of Charlotte, NC, and Lou Ann (Breden) of Latta, SC; uncles: Ronnie Arnold of Columbia, SC, Robert Primus and Levester Primus, both of Hartsville, SC, Otis Primus of Brooklyn, NY, Pervious Samuel of Baltimore, MD and Wallace Samuel of Ansonia, CT, George Jackson and a host of family and friends.
