It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Ms. Gracie Johnson.
Ms. Johnson transitioned on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
The family will receive friends at: 1628 Swift Creek Road, Hartsville, SC.
Arrangements will be announced by Davis Funeral Home, LLC, of Hartsville, SC.

Tuesday morning, July 14, 2026, God sent an angel of death to close the eyes and seal the lips of our beloved mother, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin and friend, Ms. Gracie Lee Johnson.
Gracie was born in Hartsville, South Carolina. She was the first of five children born to the late Estelle and Morgan Johnson. She attended short the public schools of Darlington County. She was employed for a time at Po’ Boy Restaurant in Hartsville.
Those who preceded her in death: her mother and father, Estelle and Morgan Johnson; sister Doris Pettus; and brothers, Ralph Johnson.
Surviving to cherish the loving memory of Gracie Lee Johnson: her son, Phillip Johnson, of the home; sister, Linda Moses; brother-in-law, Cleatus Pettus; nephews: Germaine Moses, Cleandar Pettus, Gerald Johnson, Chilo Pettus, Ty Pettus, Zion Pettus, and Gerad Pettus; nieces: Bridget Gibson, Jayla Gibson, and Zoey Pettus; and a host of relatives and friends.
