It is with sorrow that we inform you of the passing of Mr. Justin T. Allen

Mr. Allen passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.

The family will receive friends at: 140 Blossom Drive, Hartsville, SC.

Arrangements will be announced by Davis Funeral Home, LLC, of Hartsville, SC.

Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Matthew 5:4 

Justin Tracy Allen, affectionately known to family and friends as “Bubba” and “Waters,” was born on July 28, 1992, and departed this life leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, hard work, and devotion to family. 

Justin attended schools in Hartsville, South Carolina, where he built lifelong friendships and developed a love for sports. He later graduated from FlorenceDarlington Technical College, an accomplishment of which he was very proud. For more than ten years, Justin was a dedicated employee of SteelFab, where he earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues. As a supervisor, coworker, and friend, he was known for his leadership, dependability, and willingness to help others. His strong work ethic and genuine care for those around him made him a beloved member of the SteelFab family. 

A passionate basketball fan, Justin loved the game and enjoyed sharing that passion with family and friends. He was also a devoted fan of the University of South Carolina Gamecocks and proudly supported his team every chance he got. An avid fisherman, Justin took great pride in his skills and treasured the peace and joy he found on the water. Whether he was cheering on the Gamecocks, watching basketball, spending a day fishing, or enjoying time with those he loved, Justin embraced life with enthusiasm and heart. 

Justin was the beloved son of Cynthia McFadden Allen (Emerson) and the late Tracy Allen. He was preceded in death by: his maternal grandparents, Henry and Azalee McFadden; paternal grandparents, Johnny Allen and Leda Bell Allen; aunt, Manolo B. Benjamin; and uncles, Johnnie Allen, Jr. and Howard Allen. 

Justin leaves to cherish his memory: his four beloved sons, Justin Kylik, Malachi Tracy, Isaiah Keyontae, and Isaias Jordan, who were the pride and joy of his life; loving brothers, Jarvis Tracy Allen and Kintae Allen; maternal aunt, Mary McFadden Hall; maternal uncles, Robert McFadden (Dorothy Anderson) and Henry McFadden (Cathy); paternal uncles, Michael (Etta) Allen and Danny Allen; paternal aunt, Sandra “Sue” Allen (Perry) Larks; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, friends, and loved ones who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

 Forever Loved. Forever Remembered. Forever Missed.
