Korey “Reko” Telmus Jeffery

We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Korey “Reko” Jeffery. Mr. Jeffery passed on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at McLeod Regional Medical Center. 

The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Jeffery will be Sunday, August 27, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Hartsville, SC. 

The viewing and visitation will be Saturday, August 26, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Hartsville, SC.

Mr. Korey (Reko) Jeffery was born on September 29, 1970, in Darlington County. He was the son of the late Dorothy Anderson and Harry Jeffery (Lisa). Korey transitioned on Thursday August 24^th 2023 at Mcleod Regional Medical Center in Florence SC. He was educated in the public schools of Darlington County and was a graduate of Hartsville High class of 1988.

Left to cherish his memories is his loving wife of 30 years, Tasha Jackson Jeffery , his Mother In Law: Denise Forte, a SPECIAL aunt Annette Anderson, his four daughters :Tierra Jeffery of Maryland, Telesha McElveen(Trey) of Florence , Shanise Jackson of Darlington, Shamyra Jackson of Charlotte NC and a Son : Shamal Jackson of Fayetteville NC; Siblings: Alphonso (Tank) Jeffery, Courtney Hough, Miaer Alexander; Grandchildren: Carter Jackson of the home, Makayla & Jordan McElveen ; and a host of aunts, uncles ,nieces, nephews, cousins and ALL of HIS SPECIAL FRIENDS.
