It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Lucretia Lunn.
Ms. Lunn passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center in Hartsville, SC.
The family will receive friends at 3900 North Center Road, Hartsville.
Arrangements will be announced by Davis Funeral Home, LLC of Hartsville, SC.
“We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.”

Today we celebrate the homegoing of Ms. Lucretia Adams Lunn.
Lucretia, affectionately known as “Creecy” was born on February 8, 1958, in Hartsville, SC; to the late Willie and Sallie Smith Adams. She departed this earthly life on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at her residence.
At an early age, Lucretia accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior. She became a member of Greenhill Baptist Church. Lucretia loved God and was a true believer.
Lucretia was a 1976 graduate of Hartsville High School. Her last place of employment was Wal Mart where she worked for over twenty years.
Lucretia lived life enjoying the simple pleasures. Lucretia found pleasure in crocheting, watching television, and admiring fish tanks. Lucretia also enjoyed collecting elephants, shopping and spending money. May she rest in eternal peace.
Lucretia was preceded in death by a son, Adrian Jamal Lunn; parents, Willie and Sally Adams; siblings: James Hunter, Willie Adams Jr, Minnie Adams, Gerline Adams Fearrington, Roosevelt Adams and a special aunt, Mattie Brown.
Those who shared the joys of life with her and survived to cherish her memory are: long time companion, Lonnie Davis, her devoted son, Brian (Lynette) Jevon Lunn; grandchildren: Charice A. Lunn and Brian J. Lunn Jr.; sisters, Janie Lee Sims Williams, Sarah Adams, Sallie L. Swinney, Chriscille McPhail, and Margaret (Robert) Gattison; brothers, James Adams, Johnny (Shelby Jean) Adams and Jerome (Lilly Mae) Adams; Special nieces, Darlene Edwards, Deyanelle TImmons, and Monisha McTillman, Special nephews, Angleo R. Timmons, Jr and Julius Adams, bonus children: Kimberly, Renee, Renardo, August, and Emmanuel, a host of nieces, nephews, and other close relatives and friends.
