It is with sorrow that we inform you of the passing of Mr. Michael Smith

Mr. Smith passed away on Monday, May 11, 2026.

Arrangements will be announced by Davis Funeral Home, LLC of Hartsville, SC.

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.”

 Michael Smith was born June 23, 1958, a son of the late T homasena and Robert Smith. He departed this earthly life on Monday, May 11, 2026. 

For fun, Michael enjoyed watching movies and hanging out with his friend, Stafford Edwards.

 In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by: his Stuckey. son, Christopher Smith; sister, Audrey Stuckey; brother, Larry Stuckey; great-nephew, James Byrd III; and niece, Phyllis Stuckey.

Michael will be lovingly remembered by: his daughter, Tyneisha Robinson; three grandchildren: Aaliyah Robinson, Tyshawn Robinson, and Arinna Robinson; brother, Jerome (Chan) Smith of Yonkers, NY  and Prez Stuckey of Hartsville, SC; sister, Supreme (Jimmy) Williams of Pamplico, SC; nieces: Melissa Ewell, Christina Smith and Michelle Stuckey; and nephews: Jarrel Stuckey, Daniel (Jessica) Smith, and LaDrigue Stuckey.
